Today marks the 1 year that FaMESHed, a wonderful event showcasing that talent of mesh creators, was brought onto the grid, and of course the event was spectacularly huge!
Probably my most coveted item at the event was Exile's new hair Fire to the Rain. Exile has been absent for quite some time, but the new hair at FaMESHed and the new releases in the mainstore were well worth the wait! There are tons of new color options, and by tons, I mean tons. There aren't any oddly placed alpha-ish pieces of hair flying around all willy-nilly and there are even versions that are sized for Lolas Tangos, but even though they don't go through the boobies, the alphas on the hair bleed through the applier making them useless. Great for when you're nakie, but I'm a prude and I don't get nakey.
The other thing that really caught my eye was the new Kau Wela dress from BOOM. There are lots of Hawaiian prints and Birdie prints for the dress, and it's just super cute, like most of BOOM's items. The only thing is that it's reeeeally short. Perfect for hanging on the beach with your Babe, but unless you're wearing tights or pants underneath, you might get some cheekage.
Otherwise a really cute dress!

OH, another important Birthday today is Katey Coppola's RL b-day!
Katey (of Glitterati Poses fame) is a super sweet girl, and as a gift on HER birthday (Only person I know to give on their b-day) all of her V.I.P Members got a 500L store credit, how awesome is that! Don't fret if you're not in the V.I.P. group, her update group members get a 150L store credit.
All in all, a very great not-my-birthday-day!
